Cancellation Policy
We offer a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be automatically canceled. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. With at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. No-shows will be charged a $100 fee.
